Praying for our President
Even though I don’t agree with most of our President’s views, that doesn’t mean I, or you, can’t pray for him. The Bible tells us to pray for those who are in authority, not just those who are in authority that we agree with. We should be praying that God shows our President what to do, what not to do, and most importantly that he needs to know Christ as his savior. In my personal devotions I’ve been reading through the book of Ezra. And in Ezra 1:1 it says
In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the LORD spoken by Jeremiah, the LORD moved the heart of Cyrus king of Persia to make a proclamation throughout his realm and to put it in writing:
“This is what Cyrus king of Persia says:
” ‘The LORD, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and he has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah. Anyone of his people among you—may his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem in Judah and build the temple of the LORD, the God of Israel, the God who is in Jerusalem. And the people of any place where survivors may now be living are to provide him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, and with freewill offerings for the temple of God in Jerusalem.’ ”
So even if our leaders don’t start off as Godly men or women, that doeasn’t mean that we shouldn’t pray for them and that God changes their hearts, because as we see in these verses, it can/does happen.
SO, GO GET IN ACTION AND PRAY FOR OUR PRESIDENT!

What do you guys think? Should we pray for our President?
Yes we should, our president may not do everything according to the bible but with prayer he can and will change.
